Eligibility (Qualification)
The education needed depends on the post:

Age Limit
The minimum age for all posts is 18 years. The maximum age is 30 years for the Management Trainee, Junior Commercial Executive and Junior Assistant posts, and 32 years for the Assistant Manager posts, as on the date of the advertisement. Upper-age relaxation is 5 years for SC and ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates, and 10 years for PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) candidates, over and above the category relaxation, as per government rules.
Selection Process
Candidates are selected through a CBT (Computer Based Test) followed by document verification. The written test has 120 objective (multiple-choice) questions to be answered in 120 minutes. Each correct answer gives 1 mark, and 0.25 mark is deducted for every wrong answer. The paper has five parts — General English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Knowledge, and Subject Knowledge for the chosen post. Final selection also depends on meeting the minimum qualifying marks and clearing document verification.
