RIICO Various Post Admit Card 2026 - Overview

The Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) is a State government undertaking of Rajasthan. It has released the admit card, also known as the call letter, for its Various Post Recruitment 2026. Candidates who applied between 21 January 2026 and 7 March 2026 can now download their call letter and appear for the written exam on 8 and 9 July 2026.

This recruitment fills 121 posts across eight different roles. The exam is being conducted with the help of the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), which hosts the online candidate portal. Your personal call letter is available on that portal after you log in with your details.

Exam Schedule and Shift Timing

The written exam is spread over two days with two shifts on each day. Each shift lasts 180 minutes. The exam-day timing, as per the official RIICO time schedule, is given below.

Junior Assistant, Draughtsman and Junior Legal Officer papers fall on 8 July 2026. Programmer, Assistant Town Planner, Personal Assistant Grade-II, Assistant Accounts Officer Grade-II and Company Secretary papers fall on 9 July 2026. Your exact date, shift and reporting time are printed on your own call letter, so always trust the call letter for your slot.

Eligibility - Age and Qualification

The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is below 40 years, counted as on the last date of application. Age relaxation is allowed as per RIICO rules: 5 years for reserved-category men of Rajasthan, 5 years for General women, and 10 years for reserved-category women of Rajasthan. Widow and divorced women get further relaxation as per the notice.

The educational qualification is different for each post. In short: Junior Assistant and Personal Assistant Grade-II need Senior Secondary (10+2) with a computer certificate such as O Level or RSCIT; Assistant Accounts Officer needs B.Com with 60% marks; Junior Legal Officer needs a Law degree; Draughtsman needs a Diploma in Architecture; and Programmer needs a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology. How to Download the RIICO Admit Card 2026

Follow these simple steps to get your call letter.

1. Open the admit card login link given in the Important Links table above.
2. Enter your registration number or application ID and your password or date of birth.
3. Submit the details to open your call letter on the screen.
4. Check every detail - your name, photo, roll number, exam date, shift, reporting time and centre address.
5. Download the call letter and take a clear printout on an A4 sheet.

Documents to Carry to the Exam

On the exam day, carry the printed call letter and one original valid photo ID. Accepted IDs usually include Aadhaar card, voter ID, PAN card, driving licence or passport. Reach the centre by the reporting time printed on your call letter, as late candidates are not allowed inside. Follow all instructions written on the call letter about items you may and may not carry.
