IBPS PO/MT XVI 2026 Overview
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts one Common Recruitment Process (CRP) every year to hire Probationary Officers and Management Trainees for public sector banks. This year the process is called CRP PO/MT-XVI, and it fills a total of 6,715 posts. IBPS marks this number as indicative, so the final count can change based on the actual demand from the banks.
A single online exam decides your selection for all 11 banks. You do not fill a separate form for each bank. IBPS runs the exam and interview, and the banks then give the final appointment through provisional allotment.
